Declaration<\/h2>

I give permission for my child to attend a Sisters n Sport Netball Programme (Netball Camps, Netball Skills Schools & Elite Coaching Programmes) consent to any emergency medical treatment where necessary.<\/p>

Data Protection<\/h2>

Sisters n Sport often have special offers running and so we will use your details to inform you of any other sport camps or workshops. We also work with some third parties and will inform you of offers we feel you will like. Please let us know if you do not want to receive this information. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.<\/p>

Refunds & Cancellations<\/h2>

If the participant withdraws after being accepted refunds will not be made.

Dates and timings for programmes may change and you will be notified by email.\u00a0
In the unlikely event of a session being cancelled - Sisters n Sport will arrange an alternative date or session.\u00a0 If this is not possible -\u00a0 the credit can roll over to another term or be offered for the SnS Kit Shop.\u00a0 This applies to all Sisters n Sport Netball Programmes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

In the event of severe weather conditions an alternative theory coaching programme will be delivered for our Sisters n Sport Netball Programmes.<\/p>

Photography<\/h2>

Photographs will be taken of participants during our Sisters n Sport Netball Programmes to be used for promotional material.<\/p>

If a participant has strong views about not having their image publicised, they will need to make this clear before the classes.<\/p>

All photographs will be stored securely and no names will be used in this storage or when used in promotions.\u00a0 For more information please check our\u00a0Privacy Policy<\/a><\/p>

Insurance & Liability<\/h2>

Our coaches are covered by Public Liability Insurance from the UK.
Sisters n Sport Ltd cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or loss or damage unless proven to be caused by Sisters n Sport Ltd\u2019s negligence. Sisters n Sport Ltd does not accept responsibility for events which are outside of our direct control. For girls attending in Switzerland \u2013 all participants need to provide their private medical insurance details when attending the camp.<\/p>

Personal Property<\/h2>

Unfortunately, our staff do-not have the facilities to store valuable items securely at any of our sites and therefore it is important that you ensure children do not bring valuable toys and belongings to any Sisters n Sport Netball Programmes. Sisters n Sport Ltd will accept no liability for loss, damage, vandalism or theft of personal property owned by you or your child during a Sisters n Sport camp.
We will operate a lost property system but we cannot guarantee the return of lost items. To allow us to return your lost property, please ensure that all personal items, including all clothing, are clearly labelled with the child\u2019s name.<\/p>

Camp Drop Off \/ Collection<\/h2>

Registration for camps and classes is contactless and online.\u00a0 In the event that somebody different is to collect a child at the end of a programme, please ensure the coach is informed prior to the class. In all instances where it is possible to contact Sisters n Sport please do so to ensure the staff are kept informed of the new collection<\/p>

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue<\/p>

Sisters n Sport operates a zero tolerance policy to discrimination or bullying of any kind. Every participant involved in an Sisters n Sport Netball Programme is of equal value and entitled to equal access of opportunity.<\/p>

Competitions<\/h2>

October SistersnSport Fast Five Competition<\/strong>
Summary:
Win one of 4 pairs of courtside tickets for the Fast Five All Stars Event on October 13 th 2018!
Entries can be received between 5 th October 2018 & 9 th October at midnight, and you can enter only once. Entries must be on the original competition post,
on either SistersnSport Facebook or Instagram posts. Four winners will be picked at random using a random number generator.
Terms & conditions
1. How to Enter
1.1. To join in the competition on Facebook, users will need to like and comment on the original competition post, pinned to the top of the
SistersnSport page, stating why they think they should win the tickets. To join the competition on Instagram, users will need to follow, like and
comment on the original competition post on Instagram, stating why they think they should win the tickets.
To join the competition on Twitter, users will need to like, follow and retweet\u00a0the original competition post on Twitter using the hashtag
#SNSFastFiveComp, pinned to the top of the @sistersnsport account.<\/p>

1.2. The winner will be picked at random from all entries from Facebook, Twitter & Instagram from October 5-9 th.
1.3. Each person can only enter once.
2. When to Enter and Who can Enter
2.1. The Competition opens on 5 th October 2018 and closes at midnight Tuesday 9 th October. The 4 winners will be announced as soon as possible the
next day.
2.2. Entries can be received at any point between these dates.
2.3. The Competition can be won by anyone, excluding those connected with the administration of the Competition.
3. Prizes
3.1. There will be 4 winners. Each winner will receive a pair of courtside tickets for the Fast Five All Stars event.
3.2. The winners are very welcome to submit a review of their prizes.<\/p>

3.3. The Prizes are as stated and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods\u00a0or services. The Prizes will be emailed or posted to the winners\u2019 addresses.

SistersnSport shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract,\u00a0misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses<\/p>

6.4. You agree to indemnify SistersnSport against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of your agreement with SistersnSport.
6.5. This competition is in no way endorsed by Facebook. By entering this competition you agree to a complete release of Facebook from all liability in connection with this competition.

APRIL NETBALL CHALLENGE 2020<\/strong>
Summary:\u00a0 10 Netball Challenges throughout April 2020.<\/p>

Prize for the winner of each individual challenge and then a prize draw for those who complete all 10 at the end of the month.
Entries can be received between 1st April 2020 and 4th May 2020 at 5pm.\u00a0 Entries must be on the original competition post,
