Entry Open for 2025/26

Sisters n Sport offer two levels of competitions for football.

All tiers of competitions will move to a Final Four finals days which are hosted centrally by Sisters n Sport.  We provide the venue, umpires and  all final four participants receive a medal

Sisters n Sport Football Cup (Plate)
This is the higher tier of football competition.
Schools who have been running a football programme and compete regularly.  
ll schools guaranteed two matches – those schools who lose R1 will move to the Plate competition.
Sisters n Sport host Final Four Finals for Cup and Plate competitions
Age Groups: U13, U14 and U15

Provisional Date Schedule for National Cup Rounds:
1st Round – to be played by 25th November 2025
2nd Round – to be played by 19th December 2025
3rd Round – to be played by 23rd January 2026
4th Round – to be played by 20th February 2026
Quarter-Finals – to be played by 20th March 2026
‘Final Four’ hosted centrally – May 2026

Sisters n Sport Football Shield (Bowl)
For schools who are launching girls football programmes and have only new to playing football and small schools
B Teams from schools who enter the Cup competition can also enter the Shield.
All schools guaranteed two matches – those schools who lose R1 will move to the Bowl competition.
Sisters n Sport host Final Four Finals for both Shield and Bowl competitions
Age Groups: U13 and U15

Sisters n Sport National Shield Competition
Fully-inclusive National Girls Football Knockout Shield for Schools in England.
All teams are guaranteed two matches
Teams which lose their first round shield game are entered into the Bowl Competition.
Both the Shield and Bowl finals are hosted by Sisters n Sport to give the finalists a fantastic finals day experience.

Sisters n Sport National Shield Competition
Entry Fee – £50 plus VAT per team
Age Groups – U13, U15
Entry Deadline – 15th October 2025
Fixture Release – 20th October 2025

Final Four Format
All national semi-finals (final two teams from the north and final two teams from the south) and finals/third fourth playoff will be played at a central venue hosted by Sisters n Sport – this is to give more schools, more teams & more girls the opportunity to experience an elite finals days with their teammates. We provide the venue, umpires and  all final four participants receive a medal
Final Four fee of £75 for those schools who qualify for the finals day.
