For 2024/25, Sisters n Sport are offering three levels of competitions for netball – please find the three competitions below:
CUP (Plate) – High performing schools
Age Groups: U12, U13, U14, U15, U16 and U19
Specialise in netball and qualify regularly for regional finals of the National Schools competition.

SHIELD (Bowl) – Intermediate schools
Age Groups: U12, U13, U14, U15, U16 and U19
Traditional netball playing schools which compete in existing county competitions – occasionally qualifying for regional stages
B Teams from schools who enter the Cup competition can also enter the Shield.

TROPHY (Vase)* New for 2024/2025 – Emerging schools
Age Groups: U14, U16 and U19
Schools who play local netball but who find it hard to compete at existing County level age group competitions
B Teams from those schools who enter the Shield competition or C teams from schools who enter the Cup can also enter the trophy

Sisters n Sport National Cup Competition
Fully-inclusive National Netball Knockout Cup for Schools in England. Over 300 schools entered in 2022/23 – providing competition for over 10,000 girls.
All teams are guaranteed two matches
Teams which lose their first round game are entered into the Plate Competition. Both the Cup and Plate finals are hosted by Sisters n Sport to give the finalists a fantastic finals day experience.
Sisters n Sport National Cup Competition
Entry Fee – £39.50 per team
Age Groups – U12, U13, U14, U15, U16 and Seniors
Deadline for Entry –Wednesday 19th June 2024
Fixture Release– Tuesday 25th June 2024
Final Four Format
All national semi-finals (final two teams from the north and final two teams from the south) and finals/third fourth playoff will be played at a central venue hosted by Sisters n Sport – this is to give more schools, more teams & more girls the opportunity to experience an elite finals days with their teammates.
Players are only allowed to compete in one competition and age group.
