Perfect your passing
Accurate passing is one of the most important skills in netball. Using a wall or rebound net, practise chest passes, shoulder passes and bounce passes.

- Catching the ball cleanly

No post? You can still practise the shooting movement and release using a soft ball or by focusing on your technique.
Build ball control
Handling the ball confidently makes passing and catching much easier during matches.
Simple exercises include:
- Throwing and catching with one or two hands
- Figure-eight ball movements around your legs
- Quick reaction catches against a wall
